Group interventions for building effective social skills in supporting successful peer relationships.
Anxiety/Mindfulness (Based on CBT)
Group interventions for managing worries, anxiety, emotional difficulties, and stress.
Executive Functioning
Group interventions for developing skills related to managing emotions and successful completion of daily tasks. These skills may include flexibility, self-control, organization, planning, attention, and memory.
Emotional Regulation, Confidence, & Resilience (Based on ACT & CBT)
Group interventions for managing emotional regulation, problem solving, and resilience. These groups help improve coping with stress, changes, and challenges.
Caregiver Focused
Group interventions to develop skills for caregivers in supporting their children with developing social skills as well as improved coping strategies to manage burnout and stress.
