ADHD Services
At Launch Behavioural Health, we provide evidence-based behavioural services for children, youth, and adults with ADHD. ADHD often affects executive functioning—the skills that help us learn, work, and manage emotions day to day. These challenges can impact relationships, school, work performance, and daily routines.
Our approach draws on Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients build focus, organization, and emotional regulation skills. For children and youth, parent coaching is included to ensure strategies are supported at home and school.
Treatment aligns with best practice guidelines, which recommend behavioural therapy—with or without medication—depending on age (CHADD, 2025; CADDRA, 2025).
