Ashley Toohey, M.Sc.
PhD Candidate
Ashley is completing her doctoral degree in the School and Applied Child Psychology program at Western University. She is currently a psychological services staff member at a school board, and a contractor with Dalton Associates and Launch Behavioural Health. Under the supervision of a Registered Psychologist, Ashley completes psychological/psychoeducational assessment and provides therapeutic services.
Ashley holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master’s in Developmental Psychology from Trent University. She has worked with diverse populations of children and youth, ages 3 – 21, and their families. Ashley has experience working in Indigenous communities, community-based clinics, and the school board setting. With psychotherapy and assessment clients, Ashley uses a trauma-informed, client-centered, and evidence-based approach.
