Be BOLD! Adolescents: The DNA-V Model for Building Resilience, Flexibility, and Self-Esteem
Be BOLD! for adolescents is a group program that follows the DNA-V model to help young people develop flexible strength, which is the ability to choose and act in the way that matters to them even when difficult thoughts and feelings come up.
Together with their peers, teens will discover what matters to them, how to strengthen resilience, and to make meaningful changes in their lives.
