Megan Keane, M.ADS., R.B.A. (Ont.), BCBA

Registered Behaviour Analyst

Megan is a Registered Behaviour Analyst in Ontario and a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. She holds a Master of Applied Disability Studies from Brock University and an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto. Megan currently implements social and executive functioning skills programing to children and youth at Launch. She also supports indigenous children, youth and families in remote northern communities by delivering applied behaviour analysis (ABA) services and building capacity within the local schools and broader community. 

She has extensive experience supporting children and youth with autism, learning disabilities, and other neurodevelopmental disorders, as well as adults with dual diagnoses and acquired brain injuries. Megan has also contributed to the development of an ABA clinical software used by clinics globally. She is passionate about ongoing learning and is committed to enhancing the services she offers to individuals and families.

We want to do more than make a difference at an individual level: we aspire to support a societal shift in the way that mental health is addressed and cared for, and we believe that a cross-cultural approach, bringing Indigenous worldviews to the forefront, is necessary to help break the system and rebuild it in a way that promotes healthy wellbeing for future generations. We are actively engaged in changing the landscape of mental health care in Ontario, by augmenting (and compensating) the voices and experiences of Indigenous knowledge keepers, and by incorporating Indigenous values and teachings in our program models.
