Carobeth Zorzos, M.A., C. Psych., R.B.A. (Ont.), BCBA

Executive Director

Carobeth is Executive Director at Launch Behavioural Health and Quality Assurance Officer at Dalton Associates. She is a Clinical Psychologist, Registered Behaviour Analyst and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst who has worked with children, youth, and adults with Autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders since 2001. She has a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Carobeth has worked in both government funded and private practice settings, and her past consultation experience includes a wide variety of settings, including home and centre based ABA programs, schools, group homes, residential treatment programs, long term care facilities, adult day programs, inpatient mental health settings, and children’s aid societies. She also has experience working with indigenous children and youth in rural and remote communities throughout Ontario.

Carobeth previously served as a member of the Ontario Association for Behaviour Analysis (ONTABA) Board of Directors for 2004-2010 and 2011-2013 terms. She was chair of ONTABA’s Professional Regulation Committee (2011-2013), Autism Spectrum Disorder Task Force/Committee (2017-2019), and Regulation Resource Task Force (2024-2025). She was the ONTABA representative for the MCYS Ontario Autism Program (OAP) Advisory Committee (2016-2018) and received the 2018 Gerry Bloomfield Award from Autism Ontario and the President’s Award for Service Excellence from ONTABA for her work on the OAP Advisory Committee.

Carobeth has served as a member of the Behaviour Science and Technology Program Advisory Committee at George Brown College and was a member of the Board of Directors for Autism Ontario (2014-2017). She served on the Board of Directors at Kerry’s Place Autism Services (KPAS) from 20218 to 2025 and was chair of the KPAS Quality Outcomes Committee from 2022 to 2025.

We want to do more than make a difference at an individual level: we aspire to support a societal shift in the way that mental health is addressed and cared for, and we believe that a cross-cultural approach, bringing Indigenous worldviews to the forefront, is necessary to help break the system and rebuild it in a way that promotes healthy wellbeing for future generations. We are actively engaged in changing the landscape of mental health care in Ontario, by augmenting (and compensating) the voices and experiences of Indigenous knowledge keepers, and by incorporating Indigenous values and teachings in our program models.
