Mental Health Services
Children, teens, and adults with neurodevelopmental disorders (such as autism, ADHD, and intellectual disabilities) often experience mental health challenges like anxiety, low mood, or difficulty managing emotions. They may also struggle with social connections, independence, and self-advocacy.
At Launch Behavioural Health, we provide personalized support using evidence-based approaches, including Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), to help individuals build skills, confidence, and well-being.
