We offer several evidence-based social skills groups for children and youth at Launch Behavioural Services. 

ABA Groups

PEERS® for Preschoolers – Online Classes for Parents

September 12 – December 12, 2025
PEERS® for Preschoolers is a proven social skills program for kids ages 4–6 to help them learn how to make and keep friends.

Children’s Friendship Training (CFT) Social Skills Group (Ages 8–12)

Fall 2025
This fall, we’re offering two social skills groups-one for ages 8–9 and one for ages 10–12!

PEERS® for Teens Social Skills Group (ages 13-17)

Fall 2025
This fall we are excited to offer two PEERS® groups, one for ages 13-15 and the other for ages 16-17!

Unstuck and On Target! (Ages 8–11)

October 3 – December 12, 2025
Unstuck and On Target! is a group for kids with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or executive functioning challenges that focuses on building key skills including flexibility, emotion regulation, organization, and planning.

Facing Your Fears (FYF)

September 16 – December 9, 2025
Facing Your Fears (FYF) is a small group program that helps kids and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or anxiety learn how to manage fears and worries that affect daily life.

Soles of the Feet: Mindfulness for Emotion Regulation and Self-Awareness

October 7 to December 2, 2025
Rooted Calm is a mindfulness-based group program designed for kids and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) who need support handling difficult or overwhelming emotions.

Be BOLD! The DNA-V Model for Building Resilience, Flexibility, and Self-Esteem

October 4 – December 6, 2025
DNA-V is an evidence-based program that teaches kids effective strategies for managing challenges, stress, and change , and has been shown to be effective for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Breathe & Be: Mindfulness for Caregivers

September 24 to November 12, 2025
Breathe & Be is a virtual mindfulness-based group intervention that supports parents and caregivers of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental diagnoses in managing stress, achieving balance, and building emotional resilience .
