ADHD Services
Practical, evidence-based strategies for managing executive functioning challenges at home, at school, at work, and in everyday life.
ADHD can affect much more than attention. It often impacts executive functioning — the brain-based skills that help us organize ourselves, get started on tasks, manage time, regulate emotions, solve problems, and adapt when plans change.
These challenges can affect relationships, school, work performance, household responsibilities, and daily routines. At Launch Behavioural Health, we provide evidence-based behavioural services for children, youth, and adults with ADHD or executive functioning difficulties.
Our approach draws on Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients develop practical strategies that can be used in everyday life. For children and youth, parent coaching is incorporated into services so strategies can be supported and reinforced outside of sessions.
ADHD services can focus on:
- Emotion and behaviour regulation
- Organization and time management
- Task initiation and managing procrastination
- Attention and focus
- Planning and prioritizing
- Flexibility and problem-solving skills
- Building routines and everyday independence
- Developing strategies for school, work, and home

Getting Started
The first step is registration and an intake assessment. The $500 intake assessment fee is waived when services begin within two weeks of completion of the intake process.
Psychological assessments can provide detailed information about an individual's strengths, areas of need, learning profile, development, behaviour, and mental health.
Our assessment services may include developmental, psychoeducational, autism-specific, and ADHD-specific testing. Assessments use information from standardized testing, direct observation, and, when appropriate, input from parents, school staff, or others involved in the individual's life.
A written report is provided at the end of the assessment process and outlines testing results, diagnostic considerations, applicable referrals, and practical recommendations.
An assessment may help:
- Identify strengths and areas requiring additional support
- Clarify diagnostic considerations
- Inform learning strategies and school accommodations
- Support IEP and IPRC planning
- Identify appropriate post-secondary or workplace accommodations
- Provide documentation for applicable programs, services, or benefits
